The heat preservation outdoor nitrogen generator unit is a fully enclosed weatherproof nitrogen production system specially designed for fully outdoor installation, abandoning traditional indoor-only unit structural design, and equipped with integrated constant-temperature heat preservation shell, anti-condensation heating module and outdoor rainproof protection structure. Most standard nitrogen generators cannot operate stably in extreme outdoor temperature conditions: low temperature below -15℃ will cause pipeline water freezing, solenoid valve failure and molecular sieve adsorption efficiency decline; high temperature above 45℃ will lead to control system overheating shutdown and compressed air water separation failure. This outdoor dedicated unit adopts 50mm thick rock wool fireproof heat preservation interlayer for the whole cabinet body, matched with intelligent constant-temperature circulation heating and heat dissipation dual system, stably maintaining internal unit operating temperature between 5℃ and 38℃ all year round, adapting to ambient temperature range from -30℃ ultra-low temperature to 60℃ high-temperature outdoor working conditions.
In addition to constant-temperature heat preservation performance, the unit is upgraded with full outdoor protection grade, reaching IP54 dustproof and waterproof protection level for the whole machine. The top is equipped with inclined rainproof eaves and condensed water drainage grooves, and all external wiring ports adopt waterproof aviation plugs to avoid rainwater infiltration, dew corrosion and sand dust blockage in open-air factory zones, port terminals and field operation sites. The internal heat preservation system operates intelligently with energy-saving logic: the heating module only starts when ambient temperature is lower than preset value, and the heat dissipation fan automatically starts under high-temperature environment, avoiding continuous constant-temperature operation and reducing extra power consumption caused by heat preservation function. The optimized outdoor air intake structure is equipped with multi-layer sand-proof and rain-blocking air filter, which reduces the impurity content of intake air and extends the service cycle of internal filter elements and adsorbents by 40% compared with ordinary outdoor modified units.
This integrated outdoor heat preservation unit is delivered as a whole pre-assembled skid unit, requiring only external power supply and nitrogen outlet pipeline connection for on-site startup, without building special constant-temperature indoor machine room, greatly saving factory infrastructure construction cost and plant space. It supports unattended 24-hour outdoor operation, with built-in wind pressure monitoring, rainwater intrusion detection and temperature deviation self-protection functions to automatically shut down the unit under extreme thunderstorm, strong wind and freezing weather to avoid equipment damage. Common application scenarios include open-air oilfield nitrogen injection protection, outdoor chemical tank area inert gas supply, port container purging nitrogen supply, photovoltaic field outdoor gas making and remote mining operation nitrogen supply, solving the difficulty of nitrogen supply for sites without independent indoor equipment room.
