The pressure sensor equipped nitrogen generator is an intelligent upgraded gas production device embedded with high-precision digital pressure sensing modules in air intake end, adsorption tower, nitrogen buffer tank and exhaust pipeline, breaking the limitation of traditional nitrogen generators relying on manual pressure adjustment and mechanical pressure gauge detection. The device is fitted with imported diffused silicon pressure sensors with detection accuracy up to ±0.01MPa, featuring anti-interference, anti-vibration and high-temperature resistance performance, suitable for fluctuating pressure working environments in industrial workshops. Different from analog mechanical pressure gauges that have large error and easy aging, the digital pressure sensors transmit real-time pressure data to the PLC central control system synchronously, forming full-process closed-loop pressure monitoring from raw air intake, pressure swing adsorption, nitrogen buffering to terminal gas output.
The linkage control between pressure sensors and the host operating system realizes automatic adaptive operation of the whole equipment. When the air intake pressure is lower than the set threshold, the system automatically delays the adsorption cycle and gives a low-pressure early warning to avoid incomplete oxygen-nitrogen separation caused by insufficient pressure; when the buffer tank pressure is too high, the pressure sensor triggers automatic pressure relief and standby mode to reduce no-load power consumption; when terminal gas use pressure surges suddenly, the system instantly adjusts tower switching frequency to stabilize output nitrogen pressure within fixed range. This intelligent pressure linkage effectively avoids two common faults of traditional nitrogen generators: low nitrogen purity caused by unstable adsorption pressure and equipment damage caused by pipeline overpressure, greatly reducing unexpected shutdown rate of production lines.
This sensor-equipped nitrogen generator has diversified application scenarios, covering small workshop batch production, industrial pipeline supporting gas supply and outdoor semi-fixed nitrogen supply occasions. It supports pressure data real-time display, historical pressure curve storage and overpressure/underpressure remote alarm, and can be connected to factory MES industrial management system to realize centralized digital equipment management. For processing industries with strict requirements on nitrogen outlet pressure such as laser cutting, high-pressure gas injection and pipeline nitrogen purging, constant-pressure nitrogen output can ensure consistent processing effect and product machining precision. In terms of maintenance, the pressure sensors have self-calibration function, which automatically corrects detection error monthly without frequent manual calibration, reducing post-operation maintenance workload and improving equipment operation safety and intelligence level comprehensively.
