Pharmaceutical industry sterile nitrogen generator is grade A sterile gas generation equipment compliant with GMP pharmaceutical production specifications, specially developed for raw material drug protection, antibiotic production, liquid medicine filling, pharmaceutical bottle sealing, powder pharmacy inert protection and medical packaging isolation processes. Pharmaceutical production has extremely stringent requirements for gas microorganism content, particulate impurity, chemical residue and nitrogen inertness: airborne bacteria, oxidizing gas and organic volatile contaminants will cause pharmaceutical raw material denaturation, finished medicine deterioration, efficacy attenuation and unqualified microbial index. Built with full sterile purification and graded air separation structure, this sterile nitrogen generator adopts three-stage sterilization process including primary ultraviolet sterilization, medium-efficiency sterile filtration and terminal 0.01μm ultrafiltration, cooperating with food-pharmaceutical dual-use CMS adsorbent to separate high-purity sterile nitrogen from compressed air. The finished nitrogen achieves purity of 99.9% to 99.999%, zero bacteria colony, zero organic residue and Class 100 particle cleanliness, fully meeting the inert protection standard of sterile pharmaceutical workshops.
This pharmaceutical dedicated nitrogen generator is optimized for full-process aseptic management and traceability management required by pharmaceutical supervision. All gas contact parts adopt 316L mirror polished stainless steel pipelines, which resist chemical corrosion from pharmaceutical volatile solvents, support high-temperature online CIP cleaning, and avoid biofilm breeding and pipeline secondary pollution.
