Welding protection nitrogen with a purity of 99.95% is the mainstream standard for high-quality industrial welding, which is widely used in stainless steel welding, aluminum alloy welding, precision metal parts welding and automotive component welding processes. High-purity nitrogen can isolate air oxygen, moisture and dust in the welding area, effectively prevent welding seams from oxidation, porosity and cracking, improve welding seam compactness, flatness and tensile strength, and ensure welding product quality. The selection of 99.95% purity welding protection nitrogen generators needs to comprehensively consider equipment performance, output stability, purity accuracy and scene adaptability.
In terms of equipment type selection, PSA pressure swing adsorption nitrogen generators are the most suitable equipment for 99.95% purity welding protection.
