The skid mounted compact nitrogen generation system is a pre-assembled modular nitrogen production unit optimized for centralized indoor workshop, compact factory area and standardized industrial nitrogen supply, integrating air compression, air purification, air drying, nitrogen separation, gas buffering and electric control components on an integral anti-vibration steel skid base. Breaking the decentralized installation mode of traditional split nitrogen equipment, all pipelines, control valves, detection sensors and connecting circuits are factory pre-installed, pressure tested and calibrated, realizing integral whole-unit delivery. The standardized skid frame adopts hot-galvanized anti-corrosion steel structure, with unified reserved interface sizes and fixed mounting hole positions, allowing users to complete hoisting positioning, pipeline docking and power connection within half a day without customized on-site assembly, welding and system debugging. The compact layout design optimizes internal component arrangement to reduce overall occupied space by 35% compared with conventional split nitrogen systems, perfectly fitting compact production workshops, container supporting rooms and skid-type integrated production lines with limited installation space.
Supported by high-efficiency carbon molecular sieve PSA separation technology, this skid-mounted system achieves nitrogen purity ranging from 99% to 99.999%, adjustable flow rate from 0.5m³/h to 30m³/h, and stable continuous 24-hour automatic cycling operation. It adds independent anti-vibration damping pads between the skid base and core equipment, effectively isolating operating vibration to avoid resonance impact on workshop precision processing equipment, and controlling overall operating noise within 62dB to meet indoor workshop noise control regulations. The built-in graded oil-water separation and freeze drying system deeply purifies raw intake air, ensuring outlet nitrogen oil content lower than 0.01mg/m³, fully matching high-standard nitrogen usage requirements for lithium battery manufacturing, precision bearing processing, laser cutting and pharmaceutical packaging industries. Meanwhile, the closed-loop gas recovery design reduces compressed air waste, lowering unit nitrogen power consumption to 0.08kWh per cubic meter, realizing obvious energy-saving advantages for long-term continuous operation.
This compact skid-mounted system adopts centralized man-machine interactive control panel, with unified fault alarm, parameter modification and data recording functions, supporting linkage operation with workshop central intelligent control system. The whole unit complies with ISO industrial pressure vessel and mechanical safety specifications, with pressure relief protection, over-current power-off, low-purity automatic exhaust and pipeline overpressure protection multi-safety mechanisms to avoid abnormal gas output and equipment failure. In terms of lifecycle management, the integrated skid structure simplifies later overhaul work: staff can inspect, replace and debug core molecular sieve and valve components directly from reserved maintenance ports, greatly shortening annual maintenance downtime to less than 8 working hours. It is widely applied for fixed-point nitrogen supply of medium-sized processing factories, chemical auxiliary workshops, new energy component production workshops and metal heat treatment workshops, balancing floor space cost, installation cycle, operating stability and maintenance difficulty comprehensively for medium-scale industrial nitrogen demand users.
