Textile Fiber Processing Nitrogen Generator

Textile fiber processing nitrogen generator is a low-pollution, adjustable-purity inert gas generation equipment designed for full-process production of chemical fiber, natural fiber, functional textile and colored filament materials, integrating membrane separation and lightweight PSA dual optional technologies to fit diversified fiber processing demands. Different from heavy-duty industrial nitrogen equipment, this series generator optimizes gas outlet humidity and air impurity index to adapt to hygroscopic fiber characteristics, producing nitrogen with purity from 95% to 99.9% and pressure stably controlled at 0.4MPa to 0.7MPa, which matches the working pressure of textile dyeing machines, heat setting machines, fiber spinning extruders and fabric aging workshops. The whole operation process is room-temperature physical air separation without chemical additives, exhaust pollutants or residual harmful substances, fully complying with global textile environmental protection production standards such as OEKO-TEX. It covers key fiber processing links including polyester filament spinning, nylon fiber modification, cotton fabric high-temperature dyeing, wool fiber anti-yellowing finishing and recycled textile inert protection, bringing comprehensive process optimization for textile enterprises.

The most prominent function of textile fiber processing nitrogen generator is improving finished fiber quality and reducing production defective rate. In high-temperature melt spinning of synthetic fibers, oxygen in conventional processing air will cause thermal oxidation decomposition of polymer molecular chains, resulting in brittle fiber texture, broken filament, uneven filament diameter and yellowing surface. Filling closed spinning equipment with low-dew-point nitrogen displaces internal oxygen to stabilize polymer molecular activity, enhance fiber tensile strength and elasticity, and lower broken filament rate by over 45%. During high-temperature jet dyeing and padding finishing of colored fabrics, nitrogen inert atmosphere prevents oxidation fading of reactive dyes and disperse dyes, realizes uniform color adhesion on fiber surface, solves batch color difference and surface color floating problems, and improves color fastness of finished textiles to washing and sunlight. For high-grade wool, silk and cashmere natural fibers, nitrogen replaces traditional chemical antioxidant agents in thermal finishing processes, avoiding chemical residue on fabric surface and protecting natural soft texture of high-end textile materials.

This nitrogen generator also helps textile factories realize energy conservation, emission reduction and intelligent workshop management while optimizing product quality. Traditional textile thermal processing adopts hot air circulation heating, which features large energy consumption, slow heating speed and uneven temperature field. Nitrogen circulation heating has lower specific heat loss, accelerates fiber drying and shaping speed, shortens single-batch fabric processing cycle by 15% to 20%, and reduces overall power consumption of dyeing and finishing equipment. The equipment adopts full-automatic PLC one-key operation, supporting remote parameter adjustment, real-time gas consumption statistics and automatic standby operation during production interval, requiring no special professional operator for duty. Its silent fan and noise-reducing air pipeline design control operating noise below 58dB, fitting closed textile workshop working environment. Besides production processing, it also provides nitrogen inert storage for bulk raw fiber warehouses, inhibiting mold breeding, insect erosion and oxidative deterioration of stacked fibers, extending raw material storage cycle without chemical fumigation, building a full green production closed loop from fiber raw material to finished fabric.
