It features low failure rate, simple operation and maintenance and high cost performance, suitable for most conventional industrial production scenarios. The second type is membrane separation nitrogen production equipment, whose core component is hollow fiber membrane modules. It separates nitrogen and impurity gases based on different gas permeation rates. With a simplified structure, few vulnerable parts and fast start-stop response, it is suitable for lightweight industrial scenarios requiring nitrogen purity of 95%-99% and flexible start-stop, mostly applied in outdoor operations and small-scale auxiliary gas supply.

  The core gap between industrial-grade nitrogen production equipment and ordinary small-scale models lies in exclusive industrial configurations and long-term operational performance. Firstly, in terms of core consumables, industrial models adopt high-purity wear-resistant carbon molecular sieves with anti-pollution and anti-aging properties, featuring a service life of 8 to 10 years.
