Shenzhen Jinbao Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. recently received a utility model patent from the National Intellectual Property Administration for its independently developed “Compact Modular Nitrogen Generator” (publication number: to be added; filing date: Month 2025).

The patent addresses common industry pain points of traditional nitrogen generators – large footprint, complex piping, and labor‑intensive installation. It introduces an innovative compact modular structure that integrates the buffer tank, adsorption towers, pneumatic valve controls, and the control system into a single chassis. The overall footprint is reduced by more than 40% compared to conventional models of the same capacity. Additionally, internal piping is pre‑assembled at the factory, so on‑site installation only requires connecting compressed air and power – cutting setup and commissioning time from half a day to less than one hour.

According to Jinbao’s technical director, the patented design not only improves space utilization but also shortens internal gas pathways, reducing pressure drop and indirectly enhancing overall energy efficiency. The technology has been successfully implemented in Jinbao’s A‑Series and X‑Series modular nitrogen generators, serving applications such as SMT reflow, laser welding, food modified‑atmosphere packaging, and lithium‑battery dry rooms.
