The bakery food packaging commercial nitrogen generator is a dedicated on-site gas production device optimized for modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) of bread, pastries, croissants, cookies and other baked goods, adopting mature Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) membrane separation technology compliant with international food safety standards. Nitrogen serves as a core protective gas for baked food packaging to solve the core pain points of bakery product deterioration. High-concentration nitrogen displaces residual oxygen inside sealed packaging bags, inhibiting the reproduction of mold, yeast and aerobic bacteria that cause pastry mildew, rancidity and texture hardening.
