Each independent module integrates air purification, adsorption separation, gas storage, and intelligent control units, with independent operation and mutual backup functions, ensuring that the equipment can still operate stably when a single module fails, greatly improving the overall operational reliability.

In terms of performance, the modular nitrogen generator supports a wide nitrogen purity adjustment range from 90% to 99.999%, meeting the diverse production needs of food packaging, pharmaceutical production, electronic welding, chemical industry, and laser cutting industries. Equipped with an intelligent PLC automatic control system, the equipment can realize automatic start-stop, pressure adjustment, purity monitoring, and fault alarm functions, requiring no special personnel for on-duty operation and effectively reducing labor costs.
