Domestic mainstream brand equipment has high cost performance, with complete basic functions and stable quality, suitable for most small and medium-sized industrial enterprises. Imported brand 10m³/h nitrogen generators have superior precision and stability, but the procurement cost is 30%–50% higher than domestic products, with the overall price exceeding $15,000. In terms of configuration expansion, equipment equipped with integrated air compressors, automatic intelligent control systems, real-time purity monitoring devices, and remote fault alarm functions will increase the procurement cost by 15%–25% compared with basic models.
In addition, the total procurement cost also includes auxiliary expenses. The installation and commissioning fee for standard equipment is about 5%–8% of the equipment price.
