The 99.995% purity electronic-grade nitrogen generator is high-end precision gas supply equipment specially developed for the electronic semiconductor industry, and its system configuration is strictly in line with the ultra-high purity gas standards for chip manufacturing, circuit board etching, wafer processing, and electronic component packaging. Electronic-grade nitrogen has extremely strict requirements on purity, impurity content, water content, and oxygen content. Trace oxygen, water vapor, and particulate impurities will cause oxidation, short circuit, and performance attenuation of electronic precision components. Therefore, the system configuration of ultra-high purity nitrogen generators is far more precise and complex than that of ordinary industrial nitrogen equipment.
The core system configuration includes high-efficiency air pretreatment unit, high-precision PSA adsorption separation unit, multi-stage purification and drying unit, and intelligent constant pressure stable output unit. The air pretreatment unit is equipped with three-stage filters and freeze dryers, which can completely remove dust, oil stains, water vapor, and particulate impurities in the raw air, ensuring the purity of the air source entering the adsorption system. The adsorption unit adopts high-density imported carbon molecular sieves with ultra-high adsorption precision, which can effectively adsorb trace oxygen, carbon dioxide, and hydrocarbon impurities in the air. Through optimized pressure swing adsorption cycle control, the nitrogen purity is stably maintained at 99.995% (5N level).
In addition, the system is equipped with a secondary deep purification device and a constant temperature and pressure stabilization module. The deep purification unit further removes residual trace impurities in nitrogen, reducing the oxygen content below 5ppm and the dew point below -70℃, fully meeting the ultra-dry and ultra-pure gas demand of electronic processing. The intelligent control system can monitor nitrogen purity, flow, pressure, and dew point in real time, and automatically adjust equipment operating parameters to avoid purity fluctuation caused by ambient changes. The whole system adopts fully sealed anti-pollution design, with no secondary pollution in the gas production process. It is widely used in semiconductor wafer manufacturing, integrated circuit packaging, LCD screen production, and other high-precision electronic manufacturing fields, providing stable and reliable ultra-high purity nitrogen protection for electronic product processing.
