The integrated nitrogen compressor nitrogen production unit is an integrated intelligent nitrogen supply equipment that integrates air compression, air purification, nitrogen separation, pressure stabilization storage, and automatic control. Compared with split nitrogen production equipment, it has the advantages of compact layout, convenient installation, low failure rate, and unattended operation, which is suitable for standardized industrial production, laboratory centralized gas supply, and small and medium-sized factory gas supply scenarios. The overall configuration scheme takes stable nitrogen production, efficient energy saving, and intelligent operation as the core, and reasonably matches the parameters of each module to realize integrated and automated nitrogen production.
The core configuration of the unit includes four core modules: integrated screw air compressor, multi-stage air purification pretreatment system, nitrogen separation module, and gas storage and pressure stabilization module. The integrated screw air compressor is the power source of the equipment, adopting oil-free or micro-oil screw configuration, with stable exhaust pressure and low noise, which can continuously provide qualified compressed raw air for the nitrogen production system. The matched compressor displacement is adapted to the nitrogen output, ensuring sufficient raw gas supply and avoiding idle operation and energy waste. The equipment is equipped with an automatic start-stop control system, which can adjust the operating state according to gas consumption, realizing energy-saving operation.
The multi-stage pretreatment purification system is a key configuration to ensure nitrogen quality and protect core components. The scheme configures three-stage precision filters (primary dust removal, medium oil removal, high-efficiency dehydration) and freeze drying equipment, which can filter dust, oil stains, and moisture in compressed air in one step, making the raw air meet the ISO 8573-1 standard. This configuration effectively avoids the pollution and damage of oil and water impurities to the molecular sieve or separation membrane, greatly extending the service life of core nitrogen production components. The pretreatment system is equipped with an automatic drainage device to realize unmanned regular drainage and improve the degree of equipment automation.
The nitrogen separation and terminal gas supply module is configured according to user purity and flow requirements. For conventional industrial scenarios, PSA carbon molecular sieve separation technology is adopted, with nitrogen purity adjustable from 99.9% to 99.999%; for low-purity and large-flow scenarios, membrane separation configuration is matched. The unit is equipped with a high-precision gas storage tank and pressure stabilization valve group, which can stabilize the output gas pressure within ±0.02 MPa, ensuring stable gas supply pressure and flow. At the same time, it is equipped with a real-time purity online monitoring sensor, which can automatically alarm and stop the machine when the nitrogen purity is unqualified to ensure gas supply quality.
The intelligent control and safety protection configuration completes the overall unit scheme. The whole set of equipment adopts PLC intelligent centralized control, with touch screen operation interface, realizing one-key start-stop, automatic operation, fault self-diagnosis, and data recording functions. It is equipped with multiple safety protection devices such as overpressure protection, overheating protection, overload protection, and pipeline leakage protection. The integrated unit adopts an integrated frame structure, with unified wiring and pipeline layout, convenient on-site installation and debugging, low later maintenance cost, and high overall operating stability, meeting the long-term continuous operation needs of industrial and laboratory scenarios.
