The full set nitrogen generation system with matched nitrogen storage tank is a complete closed-loop nitrogen production, buffering, storage and supply system integrating air compression, air purification, PSA nitrogen separation, pressure stabilization storage, terminal pressure regulation and safety protection, designed for working conditions with fluctuating nitrogen consumption, peak gas use and uninterrupted continuous gas supply. Different from basic nitrogen generation equipment without storage function, this full-set system is equipped with classified storage tanks including front air buffer tank and rear high-pressure nitrogen storage tank, forming two-stage pressure stabilization loop. The front air buffer tank balances airflow pressure from the air compressor, reduces air pressure fluctuation entering dryer and filters, and pre-separates condensed water in compressed air to reduce filter and dryer working load. The rear nitrogen storage tank stores qualified finished nitrogen, solves the contradiction between constant nitrogen production volume of the generator and instantaneous peak gas demand of production equipment, and avoids frequent start-stop of the host caused by unstable gas consumption.
Each module of the full-set storage-type nitrogen system is optimized for matching performance and long-term operational stability. The system configures standardized grade-matched components: energy-saving screw air compressor, dew-point controllable desiccant dryer, five-stage ultra-filtration system, anti-corrosion PSA nitrogen host, ASME-standard pressure vessel nitrogen storage tank, back pressure valve, safety relief valve and centralized electric control cabinet. Customizable tank volume ranges from 1m³ to 20m³, with tank pressure bearing grade matched to generator outlet pressure and booster parameters. All storage tanks adopt integral sandblasting anti-rust treatment and internal epoxy coating, resisting corrosion from trace residual moisture and micro-impurities in nitrogen, ensuring long service life over 15 years. For high-purity nitrogen scenarios above 99.99%, the system adds a nitrogen polishing filter at the tank inlet to remove trace carbon dioxide and residual oxygen, keeping nitrogen purity constant inside the storage tank without gas quality degradation during long-time storage.
This full-set nitrogen system with storage tank achieves energy-saving operation and production continuity via intelligent gas supply logic. During low-peak production with low nitrogen consumption, the nitrogen generator operates at rated power to fill the storage tank to preset pressure and then switch to standby energy-saving mode, cutting idle power consumption by 30%. During production peak hours, the storage tank releases reserved nitrogen synchronously with generator output to meet instantaneous large-flow gas demand, without purchasing larger-flow high-power nitrogen generator, lowering equipment investment cost effectively. In addition, the tank-mounted safety accessories including pressure gauge, emergency vent valve and automatic drainage valve realize automatic pressure adjustment and regular sewage discharge. The whole system supports centralized linkage with factory central gas supply pipeline, suitable for multi-station unified nitrogen supply in metallurgical sintering, chemical reaction tank protection, inert gas pipeline transportation and mining underground fire prevention projects. It realizes unattended whole-process operation, stable 24-hour gas supply, and greatly simplifies factory gas management procedures.
