The fully automatic unmanned industrial nitrogen generator system is an intelligent integrated gas production equipment designed for large-scale, long-term and uninterrupted industrial production scenarios. It integrates air compression, gas purification, nitrogen separation, pressure stabilization storage and intelligent control functions, abandoning the traditional manual operation and regular maintenance mode. The system takes industrial PLC intelligent controller as the core, matched with a full set of automatic sensing, detection and execution components, realizing full-process unmanned operation from air intake, purification, nitrogen production, gas storage to gas supply, which is an essential core equipment for modern intelligent factory gas supply systems.
The system has excellent automatic operation and intelligent monitoring capabilities. After one-time parameter setting, the equipment can realize automatic start-stop, automatic pressure regulation, automatic flow matching and automatic purity calibration according to the real-time gas consumption of the production line. The built-in high-precision sensors can monitor key parameters such as nitrogen purity, gas output, system pressure, pipeline temperature and filter pollution degree in real time. Once abnormal conditions such as insufficient purity, overpressure operation and equipment failure occur, the system will automatically trigger alarm protection, cut off faulty links and record fault data, and support remote data transmission and early warning reminder, which effectively avoids production shutdown and safety accidents caused by equipment abnormal operation.
In terms of operation and maintenance, the fully automatic unmanned system realizes intelligent self-maintenance, greatly reducing labor costs. The equipment can automatically complete pipeline purging, filter backwashing and system pressure relief and protection during standby period, and remind personnel of regular replacement of consumables through intelligent timing prompts. It supports 24-hour uninterrupted continuous operation, with stable performance and low failure rate, and is suitable for large industrial scenarios such as automobile manufacturing, precision electronics processing, chemical polymerization, and new energy battery production that require long-term stable nitrogen supply.
