Chemical explosion-proof areas are filled with flammable and explosive gases, vapors and dust mixtures, which put forward extremely high safety requirements for all electrical and mechanical equipment in the working area. The IICT4 explosion-proof grade is the highest safety grade for industrial explosion-proof equipment, applicable to the most dangerous explosive environments including hydrogen, acetylene, carbon disulfide and other extreme dangerous media. IICT4 grade nitrogen generators are specially designed and manufactured for chemical petroleum, fine chemical, pharmaceutical chemical and other high-risk explosion-proof zones, which can effectively avoid explosion safety accidents caused by equipment electric spark, high temperature surface and mechanical friction.
The core advantages of IICT4 explosion-proof nitrogen generators are reflected in explosion-proof structure design and safety performance parameters. The equipment’s electrical components such as motors, controllers, sensors and switches all adopt IIC grade explosion-proof certification products, which can isolate internal electric sparks and avoid ignition of external explosive media. The T4 temperature grade means that the maximum surface temperature of the equipment in normal operation and fault state is lower than 135℃, which is far lower than the ignition temperature of most chemical explosive gases, fundamentally eliminating the high-temperature ignition risk. The whole machine adopts a fully enclosed explosion-proof shell, with waterproof, dust-proof and anti-corrosion design, adapting to harsh chemical production environments.
In terms of system operation, the explosion-proof nitrogen generator retains the efficient nitrogen production performance of conventional PSA equipment, with a nitrogen purity range of 99.5% to 99.99% and adjustable gas production volume, meeting the nitrogen protection, pipeline purging, reaction inerting and other process demands of chemical explosion-proof areas. The equipment is equipped with multiple safety protection functions such as overpressure protection, over-temperature protection, leakage self-check and automatic shutdown fault alarm. All pipeline connections adopt explosion-proof and leak-proof structures, and the control system has anti-interference performance to avoid equipment failure caused by complex electromagnetic interference in chemical workshops. It provides safe and stable inert gas supply for high-risk chemical production and is an essential safety supporting equipment for explosion-proof area operation.
