The procurement cost of a 10 cubic meters per hour industrial nitrogen generator is a systematic expense covering core equipment, supporting accessories, installation and commissioning, after-sales service and other links, with a total market procurement price ranging from $3,800 to $6,500, and the specific cost varies significantly according to nitrogen purity configuration and brand positioning. The core host equipment accounts for the largest proportion of the total cost, about 55%-60% of the total procurement cost. The host mainly includes carbon molecular sieve adsorption tower, high-precision filter group, automatic PLC control system, pneumatic switching valve and gas storage buffer tank. The adsorption tower adopts pressure-resistant carbon steel or stainless steel welding structure, and the high-quality carbon molecular sieve with high adsorption efficiency and long service life is the key to ensure nitrogen purity, which is also the main cost component of the host.
Auxiliary supporting equipment constitutes the second major cost module, accounting for 20%-25% of the total cost, mainly including air compressor, refrigerated dryer, precision filter and pipeline accessories. The air compressor provides stable compressed air source for the nitrogen generator, and the oil-free mute air compressor with stable pressure is preferred for industrial use to avoid oil pollution affecting molecular sieve life. The refrigerated dryer and three-stage precision filter are used to remove water, oil and solid impurities in compressed air, prevent molecular sieve poisoning and failure, and ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment. In addition, pressure gauges, flow meters, safety valves and connecting pipelines are essential auxiliary accessories to ensure the safe and standardized operation of the system.
Installation, commissioning and after-sales service costs account for 15%-20% of the total procurement cost. Professional engineers need to complete equipment positioning, pipeline connection, circuit debugging, parameter setting and nitrogen purity testing to ensure that the equipment meets the standard gas production capacity of 10m³/h. Regular after-sales services such as one-year full machine warranty, door-to-door maintenance and technical training are also included in the procurement cost. It is worth noting that high-purity configuration (nitrogen purity above 99.99%) will increase the cost of high-precision detection instruments and high-grade molecular sieve, while ordinary industrial purity (95%-99.9%) can effectively reduce the overall procurement budget, providing flexible cost adjustment space for different industrial production needs.
