Skid-mounted integrated nitrogen generators with built-in air compressors are highly integrated industrial gas generation equipment that integrates air compression, air pretreatment, nitrogen separation, gas storage, and electrical control modules into a single skid-mounted unit. Different from traditional split-type nitrogen generation equipment with scattered components and complicated installation, this all-in-one machine features integrated design, compact structure, and convenient overall transportation and installation, which is widely used in small and medium-sized industrial production, field operation, and temporary gas supply scenarios. According to different industrial needs, the equipment can achieve nitrogen purity adjustment from 99% to 99.999%, and the flow rate covers small and medium specifications from 5 cubic meters to 50 cubic meters per hour, meeting the diversified gas supply needs of different industries.
In terms of price positioning and comprehensive cost, skid-mounted integrated nitrogen generators have obvious economic advantages compared with split equipment and bottled nitrogen supply. The one-piece integrated design reduces the equipment matching cost, installation cost, and later maintenance cost of separate air compressors and nitrogen generators. The market price is mainly determined by equipment parameters: low-purity and small-flow models are suitable for conventional industrial anti-oxidation and blanketing scenarios with low overall investment cost; high-purity and large-flow models equipped with intelligent monitoring systems and high-end filter components are slightly higher in price, but have lower long-term operating energy consumption and maintenance costs. In addition, the skid-mounted structure is convenient for equipment relocation and secondary utilization, with high equipment utilization rate. For small and medium-sized enterprises, construction sites, and temporary industrial projects that need fast gas supply and limited installation space, this integrated equipment is the most cost-effective nitrogen supply solution, balancing initial investment and long-term operating costs perfectly.
