The wine beverage nitrogen filling generator is food-grade dedicated nitrogen production equipment optimized for winemaking, craft brewing, carbonated beverage and fruit drink full-process production, complying with FDA food contact gas standards and EU food-grade nitrogen purity specifications. Tailored low-flow high-precision PSA nitrogen generation technology is adopted to produce sterile, dry, oil-free nitrogen with adjustable purity from 99.5% to 99.999%, perfectly matching multi-stage nitrogen application links in beverage production including raw material tank blanketing, wine must oxygen stripping, pipeline transfer inerting, bottle pre-purging and post-capping nitrogen top filling. Oxidation is the primary cause of wine flavor deterioration, color browning and tannin degradation; this filling generator displaces dissolved oxygen and headspace oxygen in wine containers effectively, inhibiting oxidation reaction between polyphenols, anthocyanins and air oxygen, preserving original fruity aroma, wine body clarity and stable taste of red wine, white wine, sparkling wine and fruit wine throughout fermentation, storage and bottling procedures. Structurally optimized for beverage workshop hygiene standards, this nitrogen filling generator adopts fully oil-free compressed air circulation system and 0.01μm ultra-fine sterile filtration assembly, ensuring output nitrogen free of hydrocarbon oil, bacteria and dust impurities to avoid beverage contamination. The PLC intelligent touch control panel supports one-key switching of nitrogen flow and purity modes for different production processes: low-purity large-flow nitrogen for tank blanketing, ultra-high-purity micro-flow nitrogen for precise bottle mouth filling. Equipped with real-time dissolved oxygen linkage module, it automatically matches nitrogen injection volume according to real-time oxygen detection data of beverage liquid, avoiding excessive nitrogen waste or insufficient inert protection. The whole machine runs with noise lower than 60dB, features compact floor-standing layout, easy cleaning surface shell and corrosion-resistant internal pipeline, adapting to constant-temperature and high-humidity production environment of standardized beverage workshops.
Economically, on-site nitrogen generation replaces traditional disposable nitrogen cylinders and outsourced liquid nitrogen supply, helping beverage manufacturers reduce gas consumption cost by up to 85% and cancel regular gas delivery scheduling and cylinder management work.
