After the equipment is started, external air is purified and filtered by the pretreatment system to remove impurities, pressurized by the compression system, and then sent to the separation tower. Through the selective adsorption characteristics of special molecular sieves, oxygen and nitrogen components in the air can be accurately separated. The equipment supports independent dual-channel output, which can separately produce high-purity oxygen and nitrogen according to operational needs, or supply gas through both channels simultaneously, flexibly adapting to the needs of different working conditions. Adopting a cyclic alternating working mode, the equipment operates automatically throughout the process, supporting 24-hour uninterrupted and stable gas supply. It features fast start-stop, efficient response, and qualified gas can be produced immediately after startup without long preheating waiting time.
