The core purpose of tank inert protection is to isolate materials in the tank from air contact by continuously inputting high-purity inert nitrogen, eliminating potential safety hazards such as oxidative deterioration, water vapor erosion, and explosion caused by the accumulation of combustible gases. Ordinary nitrogen compressors can only complete gas compression and transportation operations. The nitrogen produced is often mixed with moisture, oil mist and dust impurities, which will not only pollute high-precision materials in the tank, but also cause corrosion of the tank inner wall, pipeline blockage and failure of the blanketing system. Long-term delivery of such low-purity nitrogen into storage tanks will adhere to the material surface, resulting in reduced purity and quality deterioration. Especially for high-value-added materials such as fine chemical reagents, pharmaceutical intermediates and edible oils, it will cause irreversible quality loss. At the same time, oil and water-containing nitrogen will form scaling and corrosion inside the tank inner wall and pipelines, shorten the service life of equipment, and cause failures of precision components such as pressure sensors and pressure regulating valves, resulting in imbalance of the slight positive pressure environment in the tank and major risks such as air backflow and safety protection failure. The middle end is equipped with high-efficiency oil removal filter elements and precision oil-water separators to specifically remove liquid oil and suspended oil mist generated during compression, with an oil removal rate of over 99.9%. The rear end is matched with low-temperature freeze drying and adsorption drying modules to deeply remove saturated water vapor in the gas, control the dew point temperature of nitrogen within the industry standard range, and completely eliminate residual water vapor.
