For small factories with limited scale and compact workshop space, stable and cost-effective nitrogen supply directly determines product quality and production costs. Traditional nitrogen supply methods including high-pressure gas cylinders and outsourced liquid nitrogen feature persistent drawbacks: high transportation fees, unstable gas supply, occupied storage space and potential safety risks from high-pressure vessels. Against this backdrop, the small factory nitrogen generator system has become a vital solution for numerous small processing plants to cut costs and improve efficiency.
This nitrogen generation system mainly adopts mature PSA Pressure Swing Adsorption technology. It takes ambient air as raw material and separates nitrogen from oxygen via carbon molecular sieves. If factories expand production later, gas output can be upgraded via module expansion, preventing idle investment in oversized equipment. Customized gas flow is available for hardware processing, light industry packaging, 3D printing, small electronic assembly and food workshops.
