  From the perspective of tank operation and protection, nitrogen blanketing is the most core and efficient protection process for industrial storage tanks. The internal space of a storage tank is a closed working condition. During the storage process, pressure negative pressure and pressure fluctuation will occur due to temperature changes and material inlet and outlet, which easily suck in external air, water vapor and impurities. This will cause oxidation, moisture and deterioration of tank materials, and flammable and explosive media may form explosive mixed gas due to air infiltration, seriously threatening the operational safety of storage tanks. Tailored to the adaptive system architecture of storage tanks, the tank blanketing nitrogen generator system can realize fully automatic, high-precision and uninterrupted constant-pressure nitrogen blanketing operation for storage tanks of different volumes, media and pressure levels. It forms a stable nitrogen protective layer above the liquid level of storage tanks to isolate oxygen, water vapor and dust impurities, fundamentally eliminating various hidden dangers in storage tank operation.

  Equipped with special pressure sensing and adaptive nitrogen supplementation control system for storage tanks, this system adopts optimized operation logic completely based on the pressure balance requirements of storage tanks, different from the general operation logic of ordinary nitrogen making equipment. It can accurately collect real-time pressure data inside storage tanks for 24 hours, dynamically capture pressure changes caused by temperature fluctuation and material loading and unloading, and automatically start and stop nitrogen production and finely adjust gas supply flow through intelligent algorithms. The tank internal pressure is always maintained in a safe and constant range, avoiding abnormal working conditions such as overpressure pressure relief and negative pressure air intake. Meanwhile, the high-purity nitrogen produced by the equipment is dry, clean and impurity-free, which can effectively protect the chemical stability of chemicals, oil products, food raw materials and other media in storage tanks, greatly extend the material storage cycle and reduce enterprise material loss costs.

  Adapted to the long-term continuous operation scenarios of industrial storage tanks, this dedicated system boasts excellent stability and adaptability. It is equipped with a special pressure stabilization buffer module for storage tanks to avoid tank pressure vibration caused by airflow impact, compatible with various tank equipment such as large vertical storage tanks, horizontal storage tanks and atmospheric sealed storage tanks. Meanwhile, it is integrated with safety mechanisms including self-inspection, abnormal pressure early warning and overload protection.
