Oil free air compressor matched nitrogen generator is a specialized ultra-clean nitrogen production combination customized for high-standard sterile, oil-free and pollution-sensitive industrial fields, matched with oil-free scroll or oil-free screw air compressor as exclusive air source equipment. Different from conventional oil-injected compressors that rely on lubricating oil for rotor cooling and sealing, oil-free compressors adopt surface-coated self-lubricating rotor and water-cooled sealing structure, producing 100% oil-free raw compressed air without oil vapor, aerosol or hydrocarbon impurities. The oil-free compressor outputs oil-free compressed air, which passes through refrigerated dryer, activated carbon deep purifier and precision dust filter sequentially before entering nitrogen separation unit. The whole air supply loop has no oil-carrying risk, extending the service life of carbon molecular sieve and hollow fiber membrane by more than 30%, and maintaining long-term stable nitrogen purity without performance attenuation.
