Users only need to connect external power supply and exhaust nitrogen pipeline to complete startup operation, cutting on-site installation and debugging time by more than 60% compared with split equipment. The internal pipeline adopts standardized stainless steel welding process with uniform pipe diameter, unified valve model and centralized wiring groove, which simplifies later daily inspection, component replacement and system overhaul work. Meanwhile, the outer side of the skid is equipped with detachable protective guard and identification nameplates for each pipeline circuit, facilitating on-site staff to quickly judge gas circuit and circuit functions during routine operation management.
