The aluminium alloy welding industrial nitrogen generator is heavy-duty industrial gas production equipment developed specifically for MIG welding, TIG welding, laser welding and brazing of 3003, 5052, 6061 and aviation-grade aluminum alloy materials, tailored for automobile body manufacturing, new energy battery shell processing, aluminum profile fabrication and aerospace part welding workshops. Aluminum alloy features active chemical properties, which is extremely prone to react with oxygen in the air at high welding temperatures to form dense aluminum oxide films, welding pores, gray weld seams and brittle welding joints, directly reducing structural tightness and tensile strength of aluminum workpieces. Structurally optimized for long-duration industrial welding workshop operation, this aluminum welding nitrogen generator adopts dual-tower alternating adsorption regeneration system and imported anti-corrosion carbon molecular sieve materials. The reinforced molecular sieve bearing design avoids powder falling caused by frequent pressure fluctuation, ensuring stable nitrogen flow and constant purity even under 24-hour continuous working conditions for batch welding production. It is equipped with multi-stage air pretreatment units including refrigerated dryers, precision oil filters and dust removal filters, eliminating compressor oil mist, fine particles and moisture that would pollute welding joints and cause welding defects. Built-in differential pressure balance valve and constant-pressure gas output module maintain stable gas outlet pressure, avoiding weld seam unevenness caused by fluctuating gas supply during handheld automatic switching welding processes. Meanwhile, customized explosion-proof and dust-proof models are available for harsh welding workshops with metal dust and high grinding particle concentration.
