The automatic PLC controlled nitrogen generator is an intelligent high-precision nitrogen production equipment equipped with industrial programmable logic controller as the core control unit, developed for high-standard, high-stability, unmanned and refined industrial nitrogen production scenarios. When workshop nitrogen gas consumption drops during off-peak production hours, the PLC system automatically adjusts adsorption pressure, air intake volume and molecular sieve switching frequency to reduce idle power consumption by 15% to 22%; when gas demand surges in peak production period, it automatically optimizes separation parameters to ensure nitrogen purity fluctuation controlled within ±0.02%, avoiding unqualified nitrogen mixing into production pipelines. Equipped with 7-inch industrial touch HMI human-machine interface, operators can check historical operating data, purity trend curve, energy consumption statistics and component working status visually, set password authority for parameter modification, and export operating report data for factory production quality filing. Meanwhile, the system reserves Modbus, RS485 and Ethernet communication interfaces, which can seamlessly dock with factory MES, SCADA and central workshop intelligent management system to realize unified linkage scheduling of whole factory gas equipment.

This PLC automatic nitrogen generator integrates hierarchical safety protection and predictive maintenance functions to improve equipment operational reliability.
