The clean dry compressed air nitrogen generator system is an integrated closed-loop gas production system that integrates air pretreatment, impurity filtration, drying dehydration, gas separation and nitrogen storage, designed to solve the problem of unstable nitrogen purity caused by oil, water, dust and impurity gas in raw compressed air in traditional split nitrogen production equipment. Most ordinary nitrogen generators directly use unprocessed workshop compressed air for gas separation, and water vapor, oil mist and solid dust in raw air will erode molecular sieve, block filter elements and reduce nitrogen production efficiency within 3 to 6 months. This integrated system builds a four-stage front-end air purification module before the nitrogen separation host, including primary inertial oil removal filter, precision coalescing filter, freeze drying module and activated carbon deep deodorization filter, which can remove 99.99% of solid particles, liquid water and compressor oil mist in compressed air, controlling air pressure dew point below -45℃ stably.
The core gas separation part adopts upgraded large-aperture carbon molecular sieve with strong anti-pollution performance, which can maintain original adsorption performance for more than 8 years under long-term supply of clean dry compressed air, far longer than the 3-year service life of molecular sieve in ordinary nitrogen generators. The system adopts pipeline closed-loop circulating design, without external air leakage and secondary pollution in the whole air treatment and nitrogen output process. It supports customized nitrogen purity from 95% to 99.999%, and matches different air intake flow standards according to customer compressed air pipeline pressure, adapting to centralized gas supply of multi-station production lines in factories. The intelligent control cabinet automatically identifies compressed air pressure, air dryness and impurity content, and automatically adjusts air intake volume and adsorption cycle to avoid invalid operation and unnecessary energy consumption.
This all-in-one system is the preferred gas supply equipment for food modified atmosphere packaging, electronic assembly welding, plastic extrusion nitrogen protection and laboratory analytical instrument gas supply. Clean dry air source avoids oil contamination inside the equipment, so the produced nitrogen is oil-free, water-free and impurity-free, compliant with food-grade and medical-grade gas safety standards. The integrated structure saves on-site pipeline layout space, realizing plug-and-play installation without professional pipeline transformation. Meanwhile, the system is equipped with regular self-cleaning procedure for filter elements and drying channels, which automatically discharges condensed water and intercepted impurities, lowering daily maintenance difficulty, and only requires quarterly filter element inspection and replacement to keep long-term efficient operation.
