Membrane component is the core separation core of membrane separation nitrogen generator, and its operating state directly determines the nitrogen separation efficiency, gas purity and equipment service life. The membrane separation nitrogen generator realizes nitrogen-oxygen separation through the selective permeation principle of polymer membrane materials. After long-term operation, the membrane components will be polluted by oil stains, dust, moisture and particulate impurities in the air source, resulting in membrane hole blockage, reduced separation efficiency, decreased nitrogen purity and insufficient gas production. Regular scientific cleaning and maintenance of membrane components is the key to maintain the long-term stable operation of the equipment.
Daily preventive maintenance is the basic guarantee to reduce membrane component pollution. Before the air source enters the membrane separation module, the equipment is equipped with multi-stage precision filters to intercept most of oil, water and dust impurities. It is necessary to replace the filter element regularly according to the operating environment and working hours, usually every 3 to 6 months, to avoid filter failure leading to direct pollution of membrane components. In daily operation, keep the equipment operating environment dry and clean, avoid high humidity and dusty working conditions, and regularly discharge the condensed water in the air storage tank and pipeline to prevent water vapor from adhering to the membrane surface and causing membrane material corrosion and pore blockage.
For polluted and blocked membrane components, professional disassembly-free cleaning and maintenance methods can be adopted. First, stop the equipment and release the internal pipeline pressure completely to ensure safe operation. Use special membrane cleaning agent (neutral water-based cleaning solution, avoid acidic and alkaline corrosive reagents) to circulate and flush the membrane module, dissolve and wash away oil stains, dust and organic impurities attached to the membrane surface and membrane holes. After cleaning, use dry clean air to blow dry the membrane module completely, and check the separation performance after reinstallation. For severely aged and blocked membrane components that cannot be recovered after cleaning, replace them in time to avoid affecting the overall working efficiency of the equipment. Regular cleaning and maintenance can extend the service life of membrane components by 2 to 3 years and reduce equipment operation and maintenance costs.
