Coal mine underground nitrogen injection generator is explosion-proof, mine-certified special nitrogen supply equipment designed for underground fire prevention, gas dilution, goaf inerting and mining safety protection, belonging to Class I intrinsic safety explosion-proof gas separation equipment compliant with national coal mine underground equipment safety standards. Adopting improved low-energy PSA nitrogen separation technology, the whole machine is designed as mobile containerized skid-mounted structure, which can adapt to narrow underground roadway space, damp environment and coal dust floating working conditions. It processes underground compressed air pipe network gas as raw material, after dust removal, dehumidification and mine gas impurity removal, outputs nitrogen with stable purity above 99% and large flow up to 1500Nm³/h. Different from ground nitrogen equipment, it adds methane, carbon monoxide and toxic gas isolation filter to prevent underground harmful mixed gas from backflowing into equipment body, and all circuit control parts adopt flameproof sealing structure to avoid electric spark ignition of underground combustible mixed gas, supporting long-term movable operation in mining working face, goaf and roadway corner areas.

The core application purpose of underground nitrogen injection generator is eliminating coal spontaneous combustion risks and lowering underground explosion hazard, which is the key safety guarantee for high-gas and easy-to-combust coal mines. Underground goaf, residual coal stacking areas and closed roadways gather high-concentration methane, coal dust and residual carbon monoxide; residual coal reacts with oxygen in air for long-time slow oxidation, accumulating heat and triggering spontaneous combustion, further inducing gas explosion accidents. Injecting large-flow inert nitrogen into closed mining areas can rapidly displace and dilute internal oxygen concentration below 8%, cutting off oxidation combustion chain of residual coal thoroughly. Meanwhile, nitrogen dilutes volume fraction of underground methane and flammable coal dust, reducing mixed gas concentration below lower explosion limit, effectively restraining local deflagration risks. For mined-out areas needing long-term closed management, continuous nitrogen injection maintains permanent oxygen-deficient inert atmosphere inside closed spaces, realizing permanent fire prevention without manual regular inspection by underground workers, reducing safety risk of underground patrol operation.

This mine-specific nitrogen generator adapts complex underground geological environment and meets flexible mining operation demands. Its integrated anti-corrosion shell resists underground water vapor, sulfide and mineral corrosive gas erosion, ensuring stable operation in roadway environment with relative humidity up to 95%. The mobile wheeled base enables staff to push and transfer the equipment quickly with underground track vehicles, realizing targeted nitrogen injection for newly advanced working faces and newly closed goafs without fixed installation. The intelligent underground customized control system supports ground remote monitoring and underground local dual control mode, transmitting real-time nitrogen flow, purity, underground gas concentration and equipment operating data to ground mining monitoring room, realizing visualized linkage safety management.
