The dehumidifying integrated membrane nitrogen generator is a new type of high-efficiency and low-maintenance nitrogen production equipment that integrates air dehumidification treatment and membrane separation nitrogen generation technology. Different from traditional PSA nitrogen generators that rely on adsorption separation, this equipment takes high-performance hollow fiber membrane components as the core separation unit, and integrates a high-efficiency constant-temperature dehumidification system inside the unit, realizing one-stop processing of air dehumidification, drying, and nitrogen-oxygen separation. It works on the principle of selective gas permeability: water vapor and oxygen with high permeability pass through the membrane tube wall and are discharged as waste gas, while nitrogen with low permeability is retained and collected to form high-purity dry nitrogen.
The integrated dehumidification system is the core upgraded advantage of this membrane nitrogen generator. Traditional membrane nitrogen equipment is easily affected by ambient humidity, and high air humidity will lead to increased water vapor penetration, reduced nitrogen purity, and accelerated aging of membrane components. The built-in intelligent dehumidification and drying unit can stably control the dew point of intake air within a low range, thoroughly remove residual moisture in compressed air, eliminate the interference of humidity changes on nitrogen production efficiency, and ensure long-term stable operation of membrane components in a dry environment. The whole machine has no easily consumable adsorption materials such as molecular sieves, realizing zero consumable operation, and greatly reducing later operation and maintenance costs.
This dehumidifying integrated membrane nitrogen generator features simple structure, small size, light weight, and fully automatic operation without manual intervention. It starts quickly and can produce qualified dry nitrogen in a short time, with adjustable nitrogen purity between 95% and 99.9%. The dry nitrogen output after integrated dehumidification has extremely low water content, which can perfectly meet the anti-humidity and anti-oxidation nitrogen demand of precision instruments, optical equipment processing, low-temperature industrial manufacturing, and pipeline nitrogen purging.
