The skid mounted nitrogen generator is a fully integrated, skid-based and turnkey automatic on-site gas generation system. Adopting mature PSA pressure swing adsorption nitrogen generation technology, it integrates all functional units including air compression, precision purification, oxygen-nitrogen separation, intelligent control, pressure stabilization delivery and safety protection on a standard steel skid base. Compared with traditional decentralized nitrogen equipment, the system requires no complicated separate installation, pipeline connection and site arrangement, realizing complete set delivery and immediate operation after placement. It is a modern industrial nitrogen production system suitable for open-air field operations, remote stations, mobile projects and centralized chemical parks. The entire system adopts an integrated skid-mounted design. All core equipment, pipeline valves, electronic control components and filter assemblies are fixedly installed on a high-strength anti-corrosion skid with a compact, standardized and reasonably arranged structure. The whole system completes factory pre-installation, pipeline pressure testing, overall commissioning and performance verification, reaching qualified operating standards before delivery. It greatly simplifies on-site construction procedures. Adopting high-performance carbon molecular sieve PSA nitrogen generation technology, the system takes atmospheric air as raw material and realizes full normal-temperature physical gas production without chemical reactions, consumable loss or high-temperature and high-pressure risks, ensuring stable, safe, energy-saving and environmentally friendly operation. The core nitrogen generation unit features high separation accuracy and strong pollution resistance, stably producing high-purity nitrogen with a purity range of 95%–99.99%. As a complete intelligent nitrogen generation system, it is equipped with a full-automatic centralized control system with real-time monitoring functions for pressure, flow rate, nitrogen purity and equipment status, supporting 24-hour uninterrupted continuous operation with automatic start-stop, pressure stabilization and purity adjustment without full-time manual duty. Built with comprehensive safety protection logic including overpressure pressure relief, overload protection, self-inspection, acousto-optic alarm and automatic abnormal shutdown, the system can predict and eliminate potential operational risks in real time, adapting to unattended field operation, remote stations and high-risk explosion-proof scenarios. Meanwhile, the whole system adopts closed dust-proof, anti-corrosion and rust-proof structure. The electrical system complies with industrial explosion-proof standards, capable of resisting sand wind, temperature alternation, humidity and corrosion, delivering far higher environmental adaptability and operational reliability than traditional split-type equipment.
