The fixed base heavy duty industrial nitrogen generator is a skid-mounted, foundation-fixed on-site nitrogen production equipment optimized for long-term non-stop industrial operation, mainly adopting mature PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) nitrogen separation technology applicable to heavy-load working conditions. Different from mobile and light-duty nitrogen making equipment, this model is equipped with an integrated reinforced carbon steel fixed base with anti-sink and shock-absorbing structural design, which can lock the whole unit stably on concrete industrial foundations to offset vibration generated by long-cycle air compression and adsorption switching. The base undergoes overall annealing treatment and multi-layer epoxy anti-rust coating, avoiding structural deformation, base cracking and bolt loosening under 24/7 continuous operation, high air pressure impact and factory ground vibration. Configured with industrial-grade large-capacity molecular sieve adsorption towers, multi-stage high-efficiency air pretreatment systems and frequency-conversion air compression modules, the generator supports stable nitrogen output ranging from 50Nm³/h to 2000Nm³/h, with adjustable nitrogen purity covering 95% to 99.999%, fully matching high-volume nitrogen consumption scenarios in heavy industrial fields.
This heavy-duty model is customized to adapt to harsh factory operating environments, including high-dust workshops, high-humidity chemical plants, and high-temperature metallurgy workshops. Its core components adopt wear-resistant thickened pipeline valves, explosion-proof servo control solenoid valves and imported high-strength carbon steel pressure vessels certified by ASME industrial pressure standards. Compared with ordinary commercial nitrogen generators, it extends the full-service life to more than 15 years, with 30% lower component replacement frequency and 22% lower unit nitrogen production energy consumption under full-load operation. The built-in intelligent load adjustment system can automatically adjust air intake volume, adsorption pressure and purge flow according to real-time nitrogen consumption, avoiding idle load energy waste caused by fluctuating industrial gas demand, which greatly reduces long-term operating cost for enterprise production lines.
Targeted at fixed workshop layout and centralized gas supply projects, the fixed base structure simplifies overall pipeline wiring and centralized maintenance management. The unit reserves unified industrial communication interfaces for upper factory MES production management systems, realizing remote operating data viewing, fault early warning and parameter linkage control. It is widely applied in steel smelting anti-oxidation protection, chemical raw material inert protection, cement kiln nitrogen sealing, large machinery heat treatment and other heavy industrial scenarios that require uninterrupted, large-flow and stable nitrogen supply. Routine maintenance only includes regular filter element replacement and molecular sieve routine inspection, requiring minimal manual intervention to meet standardized industrial production management requirements.
