The integrated nitrogen generator with built-in compressor and integrated control cabinet is a compact all-in-one nitrogen production equipment optimized for small and medium-sized factories, limited workshop space, decentralized gas consumption points and simple operation management scenarios, integrating screw air compressor, air cooling separation assembly, PSA nitrogen adsorption host, precision filtration unit and intelligent electric control cabinet into one integrated cabinet structure. Traditional split nitrogen generation sets require separate placement of compressor unit, control cabinet and nitrogen host, occupying large floor area, needing cross-room wiring and suffering signal delay between independent control systems. This integrated model cancels redundant intermediate connecting pipelines and split wiring, adopts centralized internal layout, realizes organic linkage of air compression, air purification, oxygen-nitrogen separation and intelligent control inside a single cabinet body, achieving one-machine complete nitrogen supply without external matched compressor equipment.
The integrated dual-module design optimizes system linkage efficiency and operational safety greatly. The built-in energy-saving screw compressor and nitrogen adsorption host share one set of intelligent frequency conversion control program inside the integrated control cabinet, realizing synchronous start-stop, load linkage and fault interlock protection. The industrial PLC centralized control cabinet integrates touch human-machine interface, power distribution module, circuit protection unit, pressure sensor module and remote communication module, enabling operators to adjust nitrogen purity, outlet pressure, working cycle and startup timing on one screen uniformly. The embedded linkage control program eliminates asynchronous operation faults such as compressor air supply surplus or insufficient air matching adsorption host demand, lowering air resource waste and component wear. Besides, the cabinet is divided into independent compressor heat dissipation cavity and electric control sealed cavity, adopting separated heat dissipation and waterproof design to avoid high temperature of compressor affecting the stability of control circuit components.
This integrated equipment has prominent advantages in space utilization, operation cost and entry threshold. Its overall floor area is reduced by 40% compared with split combined equipment, which is ideal for laboratory, packaging workshop, welding processing room and small chemical plant with limited placement space. The integrated wiring design reduces external circuit failure risk, simplifies equipment startup training, and allows novice operators to master startup, parameter adjustment and emergency stop operations quickly. Equipped with automatic drainage, automatic pressure holding, idle standby and fault self-diagnosis functions, it supports 24-hour unattended operation. Meanwhile, the integrated structure reduces external pipeline leakage points, lowers daily air leakage loss and maintenance workload. With convenient mobile foot wheels optional for the whole cabinet, it can realize flexible mobile nitrogen supply for multiple working stations, becoming the most cost-effective integrated nitrogen supply equipment for decentralized small-scale industrial nitrogen consumption scenarios.
