The nitrogen generator system equipped with an integrated dryer is an upgraded and integrated gas supply equipment that integrates nitrogen generation, air drying, purification and filtration functions into one unit, solving the problems of large floor space, complex pipeline connection, high failure rate and poor drying effect of traditional split nitrogen generation and drying equipment. In the nitrogen production process, compressed air contains a large amount of water vapor, oil mist and particulate impurities. If not deeply dried and purified, these impurities will directly affect the purity and dryness of finished nitrogen, resulting in unstable nitrogen quality and affecting the normal operation of supporting production processes. Different from the traditional split-type drying equipment that needs separate installation, pipeline docking and parameter debugging, the integrated dryer and the nitrogen generator host are designed as an integrated whole. The internal pipeline is optimized and standardized, with compact structure and stable airtightness, which avoids gas leakage and purity attenuation caused by external pipeline docking. The integrated dryer is equipped with a multi-stage drying and filtration system, which can firstly remove most of the water vapor and oil impurities in the compressed air through the refrigeration drying module, and then conduct deep adsorption dehydration through the high-precision molecular sieve adsorption module, making the dew point of the output nitrogen reach a low standard, completely meeting the high dryness requirements of industrial production, electronic processing, precision instrument manufacturing and other scenarios for nitrogen.
The whole system realizes intelligent linkage control between drying and nitrogen generation. The drying operation parameters can be automatically adjusted according to the nitrogen generation flow and ambient temperature and humidity, ensuring the best drying effect in all working environments. The equipment is equipped with an automatic drainage device, which can regularly discharge the condensed water and impurities generated during the drying process without manual operation, realizing fully unattended operation.
