The nitrogen generator with a built-in air filter system is an upgraded integrated nitrogen production equipment optimized for air quality purification and long-term stable operation of the unit. Traditional nitrogen generators mostly adopt separate external air filter devices, which are prone to pipeline pollution, filter element aging failure, and incomplete air purification after long-term use. This integrated model embeds a multi-stage precision air filter system inside the equipment, perfectly connecting with the air intake and nitrogen separation system, forming a closed-loop air purification and nitrogen production process. The integrated design of the built-in filter and nitrogen generator optimizes the internal gas circuit layout, reduces external pipeline connections, and lowers the risk of air secondary pollution and pipeline air leakage. Purified air with high cleanliness can effectively protect the core molecular sieve and membrane separation components of the nitrogen generator, avoid molecular sieve poisoning and membrane pore blockage caused by oil and water impurities, and significantly extend the service life of core components and the whole equipment.
