Laboratory low-power high-purity nitrogen generator is special precision gas supply equipment designed for laboratory analytical instruments, chemical experiments, material testing and scientific research experiments, featuring low energy consumption, high purity, low noise, miniaturization and high stability. Different from industrial high-power nitrogen production equipment, laboratory models focus on precision gas supply, low operating power and zero pollution output, which can perfectly match the supporting use of laboratory gas chromatography, mass spectrometry and other precision instruments, and provide stable and reliable high-purity nitrogen for various scientific research and experimental projects.
In terms of basic operating parameters, the rated power of laboratory low-power nitrogen generators is strictly controlled below 500W, and the standby power is less than 50W, realizing ultra-low energy consumption operation. The nitrogen production flow rate is adjustable in the range of 0–10L/min, which can meet the low-flow gas demand of various laboratory precision experiments. The working voltage is standard 220V/110V universal voltage, with low power consumption and no impact on laboratory power supply system. The equipment starts and stops automatically according to the gas consumption, avoiding no-load power consumption, and the daily power consumption is far lower than that of industrial equipment, which is in line with the energy-saving and environmental protection standards of laboratory scientific research equipment.
In terms of core purity and quality parameters, the nitrogen purity of the equipment is stably maintained at 99.999% (5N), with trace oxygen content ≤5ppm, dew point ≤-65℃, and no oil and no impurity in the output gas. The equipment adopts multi-stage ultra-precision filtration and molecular sieve deep purification technology, which can effectively remove moisture, oxygen, dust and organic impurities in the air, ensuring that the nitrogen quality meets the national laboratory high-purity gas standard. The output gas pressure is stably adjustable in the range of 0–0.4MPa, with pressure fluctuation less than ±0.01MPa, avoiding experimental data errors caused by unstable gas pressure.
In terms of structural and environmental adaptation parameters, the equipment has a miniaturized integrated structure with overall size less than 600*450*350mm and weight less than 35kg, which is convenient for laboratory desktop placement and mobile use. The operating noise is lower than 45dB, creating a quiet experimental environment. The applicable working environment temperature is 10℃–35℃ and humidity 40%–70%, adapting to the conventional laboratory constant temperature and humidity environment. The equipment is equipped with intelligent constant pressure control, overpressure protection, water shortage and dust alarm functions, with a service life of more than 8 years and stable long-term operation performance.
