Powder metallurgy high purity nitrogen generator is a specialized PSA pressure swing adsorption gas production equipment developed for metal powder atomization, powder sintering, blank pressing and finished part heat treatment processes, stably supplying ultra-high purity nitrogen at 99.99% to 99.999% for full-process oxidation prevention in powder metallurgy manufacturing. Powder metallurgy production involves high-temperature treatment of iron-based, copper-based, stainless steel and alloy metal powders, where trace oxygen will cause irreversible surface oxidation of metal powder particles, increase powder oxygen content, damage powder fluidity and compactness, and lead to surface pores, cracks and dimensional deviation of sintered metal parts. This high-purity model adopts imported premium carbon molecular sieve with ultra-high oxygen adsorption capacity, optimized tower filling structure and pressure equalization technology, effectively removing trace oxygen, moisture and hydrocarbon impurities from compressed air to control outlet oxygen residue below 20ppm, fully meeting the inert atmosphere standard for high-grade alloy powder production and vacuum sintering furnace protection.

The whole set of equipment is composed of oil-free air compressor, three-stage air purification system, dual adsorption separation towers, nitrogen buffer tank, online purity analyzer and frequency conversion energy-saving control cabinet, forming an integrated closed gas production system. The front-end air purification system removes oil mist, dust and condensed water completely, preventing molecular sieve poisoning and failure caused by oily compressed air, which is the core guarantee for long-term high-purity gas output. Unlike ordinary low-purity nitrogen generators, this model supports adjustable nitrogen flow and segmented purity switching, adapting to differentiated gas demands of different powder metallurgy procedures: medium purity nitrogen for raw material powder sealed storage, ultra-high purity nitrogen for high-pressure gas atomization molten metal dispersion, and constant-pressure pure nitrogen for continuous mesh-belt sintering furnace atmosphere protection. For iron-based structural parts and magnetic alloy powder components, continuous high-purity nitrogen protection can reduce finished product oxidation defect rate to less than 0.3%, and improve sintered part surface finish and mechanical hardness significantly.

This high purity nitrogen generator features industrial-grade durability and low operational cost tailored for heavy-duty metallurgy workshops. It adopts anti-high-temperature and anti-corrosion tower body material, adapting to high-dust and high-temperature workshop operating conditions, and realizes automatic pressure relief and molecular sieve regeneration through intelligent program control, lowering power consumption by 22% compared with conventional high-purity nitrogen equipment. The built-in remote data transmission module supports real-time monitoring of gas purity, working pressure and equipment operating status, facilitating centralized management for metallurgy production workshops. Abandoning high-cost liquid nitrogen bulk supply mode, on-site nitrogen generation eliminates risks of cryogenic liquid transportation and cylinder explosion. With daily maintenance limited to regular filter element replacement, the equipment has a design service life of over 10 years, perfectly matching continuous batch production demands of precision powder metallurgy factories, new energy alloy part manufacturers and metal powder processing enterprises.
