The layout design of a 30 cubic meter industrial nitrogen generator plant must comply with industrial safety specifications, equipment operation logic and production process requirements, focusing on meeting the needs of stable equipment operation, convenient maintenance, safe production and efficient space utilization. The 30 cubic meter nitrogen generator belongs to medium-sized industrial nitrogen production equipment, which is widely used in machinery processing, electronic manufacturing, chemical industry and food processing industries. Its plant layout involves site selection, space size, ventilation and heat dissipation, pipeline layout, safety distance and auxiliary facility configuration, and each link has standardized design requirements to ensure long-term stable and efficient operation of the equipment.
First, the basic site and space layout requirements. The plant area for installing a 30 cubic meter nitrogen generator should not be less than 25 square meters, and the net height of the plant is required to be more than 3 meters, reserving sufficient space for equipment hoisting, daily inspection and later maintenance. The equipment should be placed on a flat, hardened and anti-skid cement ground with a ground bearing capacity of not less than 3 tons per square meter to avoid equipment vibration and displacement during operation. Meanwhile, the equipment must be kept away from flammable, explosive and corrosive materials, with a safe distance of more than 5 meters from chemical storage areas and fire sources, and the layout should be independent of the production operation area to avoid mutual interference between production and nitrogen generation equipment.
Second, ventilation, heat dissipation and environmental layout requirements. The 30 cubic meter industrial nitrogen generator will generate a certain amount of heat during continuous operation, so the plant must be equipped with a natural ventilation and mechanical ventilation dual system, with ventilation volume not less than 10 times the plant space per hour to ensure timely discharge of waste heat and humid air. The ambient temperature of the plant should be controlled at 5℃–40℃, and humidity below 80% to avoid high temperature affecting nitrogen production efficiency and high humidity causing equipment component corrosion. In addition, the plant should be equipped with dust-proof and rain-proof facilities, and the air inlet of the equipment should face the clean ventilation direction to ensure the purity of intake air and reduce the loss of filter consumables.
Third, pipeline, power and safety facility layout requirements. The nitrogen output pipeline, air intake pipeline and drainage pipeline of the equipment need to be laid in a standardized manner, with straight pipeline trend, fewer elbows, and fixed installation to avoid vibration and air leakage. The power distribution system needs to be equipped with independent stable power supply and leakage protection device, with professional wiring and waterproof and anti-corrosion treatment of circuits. The plant must be equipped with standard fire extinguishing equipment, pressure detection instruments and emergency ventilation devices, and set up obvious safety warning signs. Meanwhile, a special maintenance channel with a width of not less than 2 meters should be reserved around the equipment to facilitate daily patrol inspection, fault maintenance and equipment replacement, realizing standardized and safe plant operation management.
