  The long-life commercial nitrogen generator is a high-performance nitrogen production equipment specially developed for long-term continuous gas supply scenarios in commercial and industrial fields. Based on the core design standards of core hardware parameters, stable operation parameters and wear-resistant durable parameters, it solves the industrial problems of short service life, rapid parameter attenuation and high failure rate of traditional commercial nitrogen production equipment through refined parameter adjustment and high-standard accessory configuration. It adapts to the annual uninterrupted normal operation of factories and serves as a preferred equipment for long-term and stable industrial gas supply.

  The core nitrogen production components of the equipment adopt industrial high-grade parameter standards. The core separation membrane and adsorption components are made of thickened aging-resistant materials and have passed strict fatigue resistance and high-pressure resistance tests, with a rated service life of more than 80,000 hours, which is far longer than the conventional service life parameter of 40,000 hours of ordinary commercial nitrogen generators. Adopting anti-attenuation performance design, the components have no obvious attenuation in core parameters such as nitrogen purity, gas production flow and output pressure after long-term operation, effectively avoiding unstable gas production and reduced accuracy in the later stage of equipment operation, and greatly extending the overall service cycle of the equipment.

  In terms of operating condition parameters, the equipment supports wide-range working condition adaptation. The rated working pressure is stably controlled at 0.6–0.8 MPa, which meets the compressed air intake standards of most commercial and industrial scenarios. It can operate stably for a long time in a wide temperature range of 5℃–45℃, free from workshop temperature differences and continuous load operation. The nitrogen production purity can be steplessly adjusted within the range of 95%–99.9%, and the flow parameters can be customized and matched according to equipment models. The full-process parameter error is controlled within ±1%, featuring high parameter accuracy and strong stability, which can maintain a constant gas production standard for a long time.

  The overall protection and wear resistance parameters of the equipment are fully upgraded. The fuselage adopts a thickened cold-rolled steel plate anti-corrosion shell with a double-layer electrostatic spraying process, which is dust-proof, waterproof, corrosion-resistant and vibration-resistant, adapting to complex industrial working conditions such as dust, humidity and slight corrosion. The parameters of the built-in multi-stage filtration protection are optimized. The front, middle and terminal filter elements are long-life and durable with stable filtration accuracy and greatly extended replacement cycles, reducing the wear of core components, protecting the key parts of the equipment from the source and slowing down the aging rate of the equipment. Meanwhile, the equipment is equipped with an intelligent parameter constant system, which monitors pressure, flow and purity data in real time and automatically corrects operating parameters to avoid equipment overload loss caused by parameter deviation.

  In terms of operation and maintenance loss parameters, the equipment has a low overall failure rate and excellent loss parameters, with no high-frequency vulnerable parts and a greatly extended overhaul-free cycle. Only conventional filter replacement is required for full-load operation in daily use. With an ultra-low energy consumption parameter design, the operating energy consumption is reduced by about 15% compared with ordinary models, with no parameter drift or performance attenuation during long-term operation. Relying on the three core advantages of ultra-long service life, stable operating parameters and low-loss maintenance parameters, the equipment is perfectly suitable for commercial scenarios such as electronics, chemical industry, food and laser processing.
