Different from ordinary nitrogen generators with inferior substrates that are prone to damage and failure, the high-quality functional substrates ensure long-term stable gas purity and trouble-free operation of the equipment.

  The durable design of the complete machine’s structural substrates further consolidates the low maintenance advantages. The equipment’s fuselage, pipelines and cavities are all made of thickened carbon steel and 304 stainless steel composite substrates, featuring strong corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance and impact resistance, adaptable to complex working conditions with heavy dust, high humidity and corrosive media in chemical, electronic, metal processing and other industries. After anti-rust and anti-corrosion passivation treatment, the substrates are not easy to rust or deform, eliminating the need for frequent rust removal, paint repair and structural component inspection. Meanwhile, the modular substrate structure design enhances the compatibility and interchangeability of all parts. Even after long-term operation, only simple regular replacement of the pre-filter element is required without overall machine disassembly and major maintenance, greatly simplifying the operation and maintenance process.

Ordinary nitrogen generators suffer from high annual consumable replacement and equipment maintenance costs due to defective substrates, and frequent shutdown maintenance affects production progress. In contrast, relying on the long-term stability of high-performance substrates, the low maintenance nitrogen generator has an annual maintenance cost of less than 2% of the total equipment price with a greatly extended maintenance cycle, requiring no frequent on-duty operation and maintenance by professional personnel. The stable substrate performance supports 24-hour continuous silent operation with controllable and stable nitrogen purity, avoiding gas output fluctuation caused by substrate loss and reducing shutdown and work delay losses.
