  The Nitrogen Compressor with Filter System is an integrated industrial complete set of equipment developed for high-purity pressurized nitrogen supply scenarios. It integrates a nitrogen pressurization compression host, multi-stage precision filter system, pressure stabilizing buffer unit and intelligent monitoring and control system. It can be matched with various nitrogen sources such as nitrogen generators, liquid nitrogen storage tanks and nitrogen cylinders. Designed to solve industrial pain points including insufficient pressure of conventional nitrogen sources, excessive dust, moisture and oil impurities, and unstable pressure output, the equipment provides standardized high-pressure, clean and stable nitrogen gas for industrial production.

  In fields including modern precision manufacturing, precision processing, chemical explosion protection, new energy and laboratory scientific research, low-pressure nitrogen often fails to meet the operating requirements of high-pressure process equipment. Ordinary pressurization equipment generally has defects such as insufficient filtration accuracy, large pressurization fluctuation, easy secondary impurity mixing and terminal equipment loss. Adopting exclusive gradient purification and constant-pressure pressurization technology, this nitrogen compression and filtration system improves nitrogen pressure while removing dust particles, condensed liquid water, oil mist impurities and trace organic pollutants in the gas source layer by layer, ensuring nitrogen quality from three dimensions: pressurization, purification and voltage stabilization. Capable of 24-hour uninterrupted stable operation with high automation, convenient operation and maintenance and controllable energy consumption, the equipment completely replaces the extensive gas supply mode of manual pressure regulation and simple filtration, adapting to various high-precision and strict industrial gas supply scenarios.

  2. Core Structure & Working Principle

  The complete equipment consists of two core modules: a nitrogen compression and pressurization unit and a multi-stage precision filtration and purification unit, matched with auxiliary systems including intelligent electric control, pressure stabilization buffering and safety protection, forming a closed-loop of pressurization, purification and gas supply with a scientific and progressive working process and no secondary pollution risk.

  Low-pressure pure nitrogen first enters the front buffer cavity of the equipment to stabilize the inlet gas flow and pressure and avoid damage to core compression components caused by air pressure fluctuation. Then the nitrogen is delivered to the compression host, where the pressure is accurately increased to the process set standard through an oil-free compression process, ensuring no oil pollution and no attenuation of nitrogen purity during the whole process. The pressurized high-pressure nitrogen enters the gradient filtration system and undergoes four sequential processes: primary coarse filtration, intermediate fine filtration, ultra-precision filtration and post-stage drying purification. The primary filtration intercepts large particulate dust and free liquid water droplets; the intermediate filtration captures aerosol tiny water vapor and suspended oil droplets; the ultra-precision filter element intercepts micron-level ultra-fine impurities; the post-stage purification module adsorbs residual trace organics and peculiar smells and further reduces the gas dew point.

  The purified high-pressure and high-purity nitrogen is output to terminal gas equipment after secondary pressure stabilization through pressure stabilizing valves, pressure sensors and buffer tanks. The built-in intelligent control system monitors core parameters in real time throughout the operation, including inlet pressure, exhaust pressure, gas purity, pipeline temperature and filter element working conditions. It supports automatic early warning for abnormal data, automatic shutdown under overload and automatic pressure relief over pressure, fully guaranteeing equipment operation safety. All filter elements adopt a modular quick-disassembly structure, which can be replaced without professional tools, greatly reducing the difficulty and cost of daily operation and maintenance.

It is necessary to regularly drain residual condensed water from the filtration system, replace filter elements at all levels timely according to equipment operating hours, and calibrate pressure sensors and purity monitoring modules periodically to ensure continuous compliance of output nitrogen pressure, purity and cleanliness with process requirements. Plan the gas transmission pipeline reasonably, shorten the pipeline length and reduce bending to minimize high-pressure gas pressure loss.
