  Nitrogen serves as a core inert protective medium throughout the entire industrial chain of oil and gas exploitation, gathering and transportation, refining, and pipeline operation and maintenance. It is widely applied in key processes such as oilfield gas injection for enhanced oil recovery, pipeline purging and inerting, tank blanketing, downhole gas lift drainage, and equipment pressure testing and explosion prevention. Finally, high-precision hydrophobic sterile filter elements complete ultimate purification to eliminate trace impurities. The full pretreatment system adapts to extreme temperature ranges from -40℃ to 55℃, high dust and high humidity environments such as Gobi oilfields and offshore platforms, eliminating impurity interference from the front end and ensuring long-term stable operation of the subsequent purification process.

  Customized PSA pressure swing adsorption core process meets multi-level purity requirements of the oil and gas industry. Different oil and gas processes require differentiated nitrogen purity, flow rate and pressure. Pipeline purging and tank blanketing require conventional purity of 95%–99%, while oilfield flooding, fine refining protection and high-risk equipment explosion prevention require high purity above 99.9%. The equipment adopts an upgraded unequal pressure equalization dual-tower adsorption process, overcoming the defects of large gas loss and unstable purity in traditional equal pressure processes. With precise PLC timing program control, the dual carbon molecular sieve adsorption towers alternately perform pressure adsorption, pressure reduction desorption and pressure equalization regeneration cycles. During the adsorption phase, molecular sieve pore size screening technology accurately intercepts oxygen, carbon dioxide and water vapor impurities in the air to enrich high-purity nitrogen. During the regeneration phase, gradient pressure relief rapidly decomposes impurities and restores molecular sieve activity, effectively extending service life. This process supports adjustable nitrogen purity from 95% to 99.9% and dynamic stability of flow and pressure with overall purity fluctuation controlled within ±0.5%, fully meeting the differentiated process standards of oil and gas exploitation, transportation and refining, and adapting to diverse gas production demands of downhole operation, pipeline maintenance and tank protection.

  Oil and gas dedicated explosion-proof and sealing process meets compliance standards for high-risk scenarios. Oil and gas plant and oilfield operation areas are flammable and explosive high-risk environments. Ordinary nitrogen generators lack explosion-proof design, and their electrical and valve structures may generate electric sparks, causing major safety hazards. This equipment adopts a professional full-set oil and gas explosion-proof process system. All core electrical components, pneumatic valves and motors are customized with Ex d IIB explosion-proof standards to eliminate static electricity and spark risks. The whole machine adopts fully sealed dust-proof and anti-corrosion technology with thickened anti-corrosion plates and seamless welding structure, resisting saline-alkali corrosion, wind sand erosion and offshore salt spray damage for long-term open-field operation.
