Meanwhile, the tank body adopts an integrated thickened molding structure with uniform pressure bearing and strong air tightness, eliminating air flow leakage and pressure fluctuation. It can stably maintain an ultra-high-purity separation environment and ensure uniform, stable and error-free purity of output nitrogen, fully meeting the strict gas consumption standards of high-end precision manufacturing.

  The post-positioned precision purification structure is a key reinforced design for the ultra high purity nitrogen gas generator to break through the conventional purity upper limit and lock ultra-high-purity quality.
