Complete Nitrogen Generator Air Compressor Dryer Filter System

The complete nitrogen generator air compressor dryer filter integrated system is a standardized full-process air separation solution designed for stable, long-cycle on-site nitrogen production, covering the full air pretreatment and gas separation workflow from raw air intake to qualified nitrogen output. This modular assembled system integrates a frequency-conversion screw air compressor, high-efficiency compressed air dryer, multi-stage precision filter bank, PSA nitrogen separation host, electric control cabinet and pipeline accessories, eliminating mismatched parameters and connection faults caused by separately purchased discrete equipment. Adopting mature Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) separation technology, the whole set is tailored for mainstream industrial nitrogen demands, with configurable nitrogen purity ranging from 95% to 99.999%, outlet flow from 0.5Nm³/min to 60Nm³/min, and standard working pressure stabilized at 0.7-0.8MPa to adapt to most conventional industrial working conditions. All core components adopt international first-tier brand parts, ensuring coordinated operation and reducing overall failure rate compared with decentralized assembled systems.

Air pretreatment is the core guarantee of long service life and stable performance for this integrated system. The matched oil-injected screw air compressor filters large dust and impurities in ambient air and compresses air to rated pressure stably. Afterwards, compressed air flows into the supporting dryer module, which provides two optional drying modes: refrigerated dryer for general industrial scenarios with pressure dew point 2-10, and heat-regenerative desiccant dryer for high-humidity, corrosive workshop environments with pressure dew point below -40. Followed by four-stage graded filtration system including primary dust filter, water-oil separation filter, activated carbon oil removal filter and terminal polishing filter, the system removes 99.99% solid particles, liquid water droplets, oil mist and hydrocarbon impurities in compressed air. This graded purification protects internal carbon molecular sieve (CMS) inside the nitrogen generator tower from oil contamination and moisture erosion, extending molecular sieve service life to more than 8 years and avoiding frequent replacement and maintenance costs.

Equipped with intelligent centralized PLC control system, the complete system realizes fully automatic unattended operation, including automatic start-stop according to gas consumption, automatic drain of filter condensate, automatic switching of adsorption towers, and real-time monitoring of air pressure, dew point, nitrogen purity and equipment operating temperature. Built-in overload protection, overpressure protection, phase loss protection and low-purity alarm functions automatically cut off unqualified nitrogen discharge to avoid production risks. This all-in-one purification and nitrogen generation system is widely applied in food fresh-keeping packaging, electronic welding protection, laser auxiliary gas, pharmaceutical packaging and small chemical anti-oxidation workshops. Compared with liquid nitrogen outsourcing and bottled nitrogen procurement, it cuts 40%-60% long-term operating cost, features simple ground installation without special foundation treatment, and supports customized size layout for narrow factory workshops to maximize site utilization efficiency.
