The ultra-high purity nitrogen generator tailored for lithium battery electrolyte injection protection is a core supporting device for the new energy battery manufacturing industry, specially developed to meet the stringent environmental protection and process requirements of battery electrolyte injection procedures. In the lithium battery production process, electrolyte injection is a key link that directly determines battery safety, cycle life and energy density. The electrolyte is extremely sensitive to oxygen, moisture and other impurities in the air; even trace amounts of oxygen and water vapor will cause electrolyte decomposition, electrode corrosion and internal micro-short circuits, leading to reduced battery performance and potential safety hazards. This ultra-high purity nitrogen generator adopts advanced pressure swing adsorption (PSA) or membrane separation high-precision purification technology, which can effectively filter out oxygen, carbon dioxide, water vapor and particulate impurities in compressed air, stably outputting nitrogen with a purity of up to 99.999% and above, fully complying with the ultra-clean environmental standards for lithium battery production workshops.
This equipment is equipped with a multi-stage purification and drying integrated system, which realizes deep dehydration and degassing of nitrogen.
In addition, the equipment is embedded with a real-time gas purity monitoring and pressure feedback system, which can automatically adjust the nitrogen generation parameters according to the actual production gas consumption. Once the nitrogen purity, pressure or flow rate deviates from the set standard, the system will trigger an automatic alarm and parameter correction to ensure zero error in the electrolyte injection protection environment.
