The design specifications of chemical explosion-proof industrial nitrogen generator system are formulated based on the special safety production environment of the chemical industry, focusing on explosion prevention, corrosion resistance, stable operation, and system compatibility, aiming to provide safe and reliable inert nitrogen gas supply for chemical production processes. The chemical production site is characterized by flammable, explosive, corrosive, and high-temperature and high-pressure working conditions, and ordinary nitrogen generators cannot adapt to this harsh environment due to non-explosion-proof electrical components, poor corrosion resistance, and imperfect safety protection mechanisms. Therefore, the system design must strictly comply with national chemical industry safety standards and explosion-proof electrical specifications, covering equipment structure, electrical configuration, control system, safety protection, and installation debugging.
In terms of structural and electrical design, the chemical explosion-proof nitrogen generator system adopts a fully enclosed explosion-proof integrated structure. All electrical components including frequency converters, sensors, control switches, and power distribution boxes are selected with Ex d II BT4 or higher-level explosion-proof models, which can effectively avoid electric spark ignition risks caused by circuit short circuits, static electricity, or component aging in flammable and explosive gas environments. The equipment shell is made of thickened stainless steel with anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatment, which resists the corrosion of chemical volatile gases, acid and alkali mist, and ensures long-term stable operation in harsh chemical workshops. The air intake and pipeline systems are equipped with high-pressure resistance and anti-leakage structures, and all connecting pipelines adopt seamless welding to prevent nitrogen leakage and mixed gas safety risks.
In terms of system control and safety protection design, the specification requires the configuration of an intelligent explosion-proof control system with real-time monitoring and automatic alarm functions. The system can monitor key parameters such as nitrogen purity, air supply pressure, equipment operating temperature, and internal gas concentration in real time. Once abnormal conditions such as overpressure, over-temperature, and gas leakage occur, the equipment will automatically trigger an alarm, cut off the power supply and air source, and start the emergency protection program to eliminate potential safety hazards. In addition, the system design reserves interface compatibility with chemical production DCS control systems, realizing remote monitoring, data transmission, and linkage control. Meanwhile, the equipment is equipped with a nitrogen buffer tank and pressure stabilizing device to ensure continuous and stable gas supply, meeting the uninterrupted operation requirements of chemical reaction, nitrogen sealing, purging, and blanketing processes.
The standardized design also includes strict installation, commissioning and maintenance specifications. The equipment installation area needs to meet the chemical workshop explosion-proof zoning requirements, with independent ventilation and lightning protection and grounding devices. After installation, professional explosion-proof performance testing, pressure testing, and purity calibration must be carried out before operation. In daily maintenance, the specification clarifies the regular inspection cycle of explosion-proof components, filter elements, and adsorption materials, ensuring that the equipment maintains a good explosion-proof and stable operation state for a long time, and provides a solid safety guarantee for chemical industrial production.
