Integrated nitrogen generator and screw air compressor is an all-in-one skid-mounted gas production system that integrates screw air compression unit, air cooling purification system, nitrogen separation unit, gas storage tank and intelligent control cabinet into a unified base frame, breaking the traditional separated layout of independent compressor and independent nitrogen generator. Traditional split nitrogen supply systems face common pain points including mismatched air supply pressure, complex pipeline connection, large floor occupation and inconsistent operation logic. This integrated model adopts customized matched parameters: permanent magnet variable-frequency screw host provides stable constant-pressure clean air source exclusively for built-in PSA or membrane nitrogen separation module, with pre-calibrated air volume, pressure and gas consumption ratio to eliminate air pressure loss and gas waste caused by external pipeline transmission. The whole set undergoes factory debugging before delivery, realizing plug-and-play on-site installation without secondary pipeline assembly and parameter matching.

The internal collaborative operating mechanism optimizes overall energy efficiency significantly. The built-in PLC centralized control system realizes linkage start-stop, automatic load adjustment and fault interlock protection of screw compressor and nitrogen generator simultaneously. When nitrogen gas consumption drops in production peak-valley periods, the variable-frequency screw host automatically reduces speed and air output to avoid idle running energy loss; when nitrogen demand surges, the system raises compression power instantly to guarantee stable nitrogen flow and purity. Equipped with integrated air cooling and three-stage oil removal filtration system, it removes compressor oil mist and moisture thoroughly, protecting internal CMS adsorbent or hollow fiber membrane components from contamination damage. The closed circulating air pipeline inside the base reduces compressed air pressure loss by over 15% compared with external long-distance piping, improving overall gas production efficiency.
