A complete nitrogen generator system is an integrated and fully functional industrial gas production unit that integrates air pretreatment, gas separation, nitrogen purification, pressure stabilization, storage, and intelligent control modules. Unlike single nitrogen generator equipment, the complete system is designed as a one-stop solution, covering all links from raw air intake to terminal nitrogen output, ensuring stable gas quality, continuous output, and safe operation throughout the process. A standard complete nitrogen generator system mainly includes an air processing unit, nitrogen separation host, post-purification device, gas storage tank, pipeline conveying system, and intelligent monitoring system. Each module operates independently and cooperates synergistically, avoiding the gas quality instability and equipment matching problems caused by separate procurement of scattered equipment.
The air pretreatment module is the primary guarantee for the stable operation of the entire system, mainly including air filters, refrigerated dryers, and precision oil-water separators. This module effectively removes dust, oil stains, water vapor, and particulate impurities in the ambient air, preventing impurities from entering the nitrogen separation host and causing wear and failure of adsorbents or membrane components. Clean and dry compressed air provides qualified raw materials for subsequent nitrogen separation, laying a foundation for stable nitrogen purity. The core nitrogen separation host adopts mature PSA or membrane separation technology, which is determined according to the user’s required nitrogen purity, gas flow, and usage scenarios. The host is equipped with high-precision separation components to efficiently separate nitrogen from mixed gases and initially filter residual impurities.
The post-purification and pressure stabilization module further optimizes nitrogen quality and output stability. For scenarios requiring ultra-high-purity nitrogen, the system is equipped with a deoxygenation and drying purification device to reduce trace oxygen and water content, raising nitrogen purity up to 99.999%. The nitrogen storage tank and pressure stabilizing valve ensure stable gas pressure and flow, avoiding output fluctuations caused by peak gas consumption. The supporting pipeline system adopts anti-corrosion and high-pressure resistant materials to ensure safe and lossless gas transmission. The intelligent control system is the brain of the complete system, realizing real-time monitoring of nitrogen purity, pressure, flow, and equipment operating status. It supports automatic fault alarm, overload protection, and remote data viewing, enabling unattended operation and greatly reducing manual management costs.
