The explosion-proof nitrogen replacement system for petroleum and petrochemical industry is special safety equipment applied in flammable, explosive and high-risk operation environments such as oil depots, chemical reaction kettles, pipeline maintenance and tank cleaning. Its core configuration is designed around explosion-proof safety, high-efficiency replacement and industrial continuous operation, fully complying with petrochemical industry safety specifications and national explosion-proof standards. The whole system adopts integrated explosion-proof configuration, and all electrical components including motors, control boxes, sensors and switches meet Ex d II BT4 explosion-proof grade, which can effectively avoid electric spark ignition risks in high-concentration flammable gas environments and ensure operation safety in hazardous petrochemical sites.

In terms of functional configuration, the system is equipped with a high-flow stable gas supply unit and a precise pressure regulation module. The nitrogen output flow can be adjusted in a wide range from 1m³/h to 100m³/h, adapting to nitrogen replacement operations of different specifications of petrochemical equipment and pipelines. It is equipped with a real-time pressure monitoring and automatic pressure relief device, which can maintain a stable replacement pressure of 0.1-0.8MPa, prevent excessive pipeline pressure from causing equipment damage, and avoid insufficient replacement pressure leading to incomplete gas replacement. At the same time, the system is integrated with a gas purity detection module, which can real-time monitor nitrogen purity (stably above 99.9%) to ensure that the oxygen concentration in the replaced equipment is reduced to the safe range specified by petrochemical safety standards.

The system is also equipped with intelligent safety protection and remote control configuration. It has automatic alarm and shutdown functions for faults such as overpressure, over-temperature, low purity and equipment failure, and can upload operating data to the industrial control platform in real time to realize remote monitoring and unattended operation. The shell and pipeline of the equipment adopt anti-corrosion and wear-resistant materials, adapting to harsh industrial environments such as high temperature, high humidity and corrosive gas in petrochemical sites. In addition, the modular assembly design is adopted, which is convenient for on-site installation, movement and maintenance, and can quickly complete nitrogen purging, replacement and inerting protection operations for petrochemical equipment, effectively eliminating flammable and explosive hidden dangers in production and maintenance processes.
